Here are some answers to questions we often get asked before, during and after ordering. If there is still something you are unsure of please just get in touch.
Can I see samples before placing an order?
Of course! All you need to do is place an order from our samples page. We will dispatch these to you in 1-3 working days. Samples cannot be personalised but allow you to see and feel the quality of our products before ordering.
How do I place an order?
Ordering is simple, you can either add all of the items needed to your cart and proceed to the checkout, or contact us with any thoughts and ideas and we will get back to you with a quote. From there we will take payment to begin the design process.
Will I see a proof before printing?
Yes, we will send you proofs of each item you order, you can amend these, as many times as needed until you’re totally happy with your designs, only then will we print.
Can I change the wording?
Absolutely, we are very flexible with the wording of our invitations and your stationery will be fully personalised with all the details of your big day. You may wish to use the wording exactly as it’s been designed, you may have a few tweaks or an entirely new set of wording. We will amend your designs until you are 100% happy with your proofs. Only then will we print.
Can I change the colours?
Yes, with the exception of one or two designs, all our designs can be fully customised to match your wedding colour scheme. Please just get in touch with details of your preferred colours.
Can you print on other card?
Of course! We have three main card stocks that we use; all are thick in weight at 300gsm. We use a white or cream card with a finely lined texture, or if you'd rather we can print onto natural kraft card. We also offer magnetic printing, personalised coasters (both fabulous for Save the Date cards!) rounded corners, folding and perforating. Please just get in touch if you would like information on any of these options.
Do you supply co-ordinating items?
Yes, we offer co-ordinating items in all our ranges. These include: Save The Date Cards, Day and Evening Invitations, RSVP Cards, Information Cards, Belly Bands and Personalised Stickers or Mini Tags & Twine (easy ways of sending your guests a bundle of information in one beautiful package). We also offer on-the-day wedding stationery including Table Plans, Table Numbers, Table Names, Place Cards, Favour Tags, Menus, Orders of Service, Thank You Cards and so on…the list really is endless!
Can you print guest names on invitations and supply printed address labels?
Yes, for a small extra charge we can print your guest names directly on your invitations and supply printed address labels for both the invite and RSVP envelopes.
Can you print our envelopes?
Yes, for a small extra charge we can print directly onto the envelopes using a complimenting style to the invitation design.
Can we have coloured envelopes?
Yes, for a small extra charge we can supply coloured envelopes. Samples are available on request.
Can you design bespoke invitations?

Can I print myself?
Yes, we offer a DIY printing option for those who love our designs but whose budget doesn’t quite stretch to the printing. You’ll receive full personalisation of your stationery, then once approved the print files will be sent ready for you to print as you wish. Prices are dependent on the amount of items needed, please just get in touch for details.
What quantities should I order?
It is recommended that you order around 10% extra to ensure you have enough. An invitation per couple or household is usually required as opposed to one per guest. A low quantity re-order can be costly so it’s better to have a few spare in the first place.
How long do things take?
The design stage varies depending on the number of revisions. From acceptance of an order and receipt of your wording, your initial proofs will usually be with you within 2-5 days. Printing can take between 2-4 weeks depending on the printing process, size and number of items ordered. If you have left ordering a little late we are able to process rush orders for an extra fee.
What if I notice a mistake after approval?
Once you have approved the final proofs we are unable to make any further changes without an additional charge and cannot be held responsible for any errors or mistakes. It’s important you check the proofs carefully to avoid any mistakes.
What postage do you use?
Samples are sent via RM first class post. All other items are sent via a trackable service ensuring safe delivery.
What are your Terms & Conditions?
You can download our terms and conditions here; these will also be emailed to you once you place an order. Placing an order will indicate to us your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Do you offer a sending service?
Yes, absolutely. We have recently developed a ‘pack and send’ service, when packaged with our option of printing your envelopes this makes a stress free way of packaging up and sending out all of your invitations. Please just ask us for more information and prices.
